Discussing with the Professor, he says that Kaori is not qualified to be its assistant, in love with him and incompetent to defend oneself. Kaori, which listened, enters an insane rage, and leaves while running. Ryô then acknowledges the true reason with the Professor: it made two errors unworthy of a pro in front of Kaori, and thus will protect it from the Fox, then to tell him good-bye.

But Kaori east flees with most of the weapons of the arsenal of the Professor. Kazué and this one note that Ryô left following the continuation of Kaori. Kazué says that nobody could separate them.

But the purpose of the shooting was only to involve the Fox towards the traps which Kaori, of which the professor laid out is not other than Umibôzu, the specialist in the trap.

The Fox succeeds, exhausted, to leave living traps, and Kaori draws to him above with the machine-gun. Whereas she believes to have overcome it, it prepares to kill her when Ryô makes him jump the index, and the choice between choosing gives him another trade or even dying here.

Kaori, of return to Ryô, announces to him that it overcame only the Fox, and that thus it only is qualified to be its assiantante.

A woman who settles

Opposite Ryô and Kaori settles a private detective, Reika. It is about the sister of Saeko, whose speciality is to use the men to arrive at its ends.

Fukamachi, as envisaged, tries to kill Reika the night, while drawing by far. But Ryô knew from where it was going to draw, because its building is laid out of such way that only a particular roof makes it possible to aim at the windows of its apartment.
