The civil law is the whole of the rules of Droit which govern the relationship between the individuals, that it acts of natural persons or moral persons.

It comprises:

• the Right of the obligations (of which the Contract law)
• the Right of the people
• the Right of the family
• the Right of the goods
• the Right of the successions
• the right of the proof.
