Christophe Lamaison

Christophe Lamaison , called Titou, is a former player of Rugby to XV, born the April 8th 1971 with Dax, of 1 m 80 per 90 kg. It evolved/moved at the station of center, of half of back opening or in club with the Bayonne Aviron, the KNOWN Agen and Brive primarily. It was selected with 36 resumptions in team of France, of 1996 with 2001, it holds the record of points marked by a player of the XV of France.

After having shone with the clubs of Brive and Agen with which it obtained several titles (in particular victorious cut of Europe in 1997 with Brive), it returned to the Bayonne Oar where it began, then it finished its career with Saint M3edard's Day in Fédérale division.

Lamaison stopped its career of professional player in 2004, it makes this decision whereas its play is very appreciated in England and that it had had a proposal to play with the English club of the Saracens.

In team of France

Christophe " Titou" Lamaison knew its first selection on November 30th, 1996 against the Springboks.

It holds the record of marked points and the record of transformations successful by a player of the XV of France with 380 points and 60 transformations. Its success in the play with the foot (3 penalties, 2 drops, 1 test and 4 transformations) was for much in the historical victory of the team of France in semi-final of the World cup vis-a-vis in New Zealand over the score of 43-31, on October 31st, 1999 with Twickenham.
