Christophe Keckeis

Christophe Keckeis , born the April 18th 1945 with Neuchâtel, is a Militaire Suisse.

Biography

In 1966, it becomes pilot with the squadron of monitoring. In 1968, it obtains the diploma for the occupation of pilot military career. In 1974, he becomes captain and pilot Dassault Mirage III. Keckeis is graduate Université of Lausanne in political sciences (1976). In 1977, it begins a formation from general staff officer, becomes colonel in 1989 with regiments of the air forces under its command. It is engaged as test pilot between 1985 and 1992.

Between 1991 and 1992, it is ordering squadron of monitoring. The rank of sergeant is allotted to him in 1993 with the command of the brigade of aviation. It occupies the rank of chief of the Swiss Armée since January 1st 2004. It has the rank of Commander of body (the highest rank in the Swiss army in times of peace).
