Chatham is a parish of the county of Northumberland, located at the center of the New Brunswick.

According to the census of Statistical Canada, it there had 519 inhabitants in 2001, compared to 555 in 1996, that is to say a fall of 6,5%. The parish counts 217 private residences, has a surface of 22,25 km ² and a Population density of 23,3 inhabitants to the km ².
