Central Africa

The central Africa is an area of Africa including/understanding the south of the the Sahara, is West African Bouclier and the west of the Vallée of the Rift.

Geography

It includes/understands the following countries:

• the Burundi
• the Central African Republic
• the Chad
• the Democratic republic of Congo (Congo-Kinshasa, the ex- Zaire)
• the Rwanda
• the Cameroun
• the Guinea Equatoriale
• the Gabon
• the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville)

The Angola, and the Zambia - country of the Southern Africa - are sometimes regarded as belonging to central Africa.

The river Congo is the most important source of Eau of the area.
