Catherine Opalinska

Catherine Opalinska (October 13rd 1682, Poznań - March 19th 1747 deceased with Lunéville, buried with Nancy) is the wife of Stanislas Leszczynski. Of Polish origin , it is the girl of Magnat Jean-Charles Opalinska, castellan of Poznanie, and the countess Catharina-Sophia-Anna Czaebkowska.

In 1698 it marries Stanislas Leszczynski, in short King de Pologne and Duc of Lorraine.

In 1703: birth of his/her daughter Marie Leszczynska, the future queen of France, marries Louis XV.

Its tomb is in the church Our-Lady-with-Bonsecours, with Nancy, near her husband and of the heart of their daughter, queen of France.
