The Cascade of Coo , on the river Amblève, with its 15 meters of uneven, is the most important water fall of Belgium.

The small water fall appeared at the 15th century. At the 18th century, the monks of the Abbaye of Stavelot dug the great fall, by recutting a meander of the river, to protect the Small-Coo village of .

The place, accommodating a recreation park (Plopsa Coo), is a famous tourist attraction. A chair-lift gives access a view-point which offers a panoramic sight on all the site and the surroundings.

In full heart of the Ardenne, integrated perfectly into the sumptuous surrounding landscape, the village of Coo offers an important entertaining center which gets for small and to large the good number of unforgettable entertainments. The Méandre recut accommodates the lower basin of the Hydroelectric station of pumping of Coo - Three-decker. The two upstream reservoirs are located 270 meters higher, on the hill of Brume, with the Mont locality of Fog, commune of Trois-Ponts.
