Foreign trade of Mexico
The Mexico is large a exporting of oil and ore.
The principal business partner of Mexico are the the United States both for exports the imports.
One should not forget the significant contribution of the Mexicans living for the United States and which sends money to their family.
The commercial Balance was negative since 1993, except in 1997 when it was slightly positive. The deficit rose to 8 billion dollars in 2000 and 9,954 billion in 2001.
The commercial Balance is positive with the United States (26,529 billion dollars in 2001), but negative with other countries, especially with the European Union (10,832 billion dollars in 2001), the Japan (7,5 billion dollars in 2001), the Korea (3,3 billion) and Taiwan (2,9 billion)
