Carlos d\' Alessio
Carlos d' Alessio , French type-setter of Argentinian origin. Born with Buenos Aires in 1935. died in Paris, the June 14th 1992. Its creations are often inspired by folk airs of Latin America or popular dances: waltz, java, rumbas, tangos. Music sometimes repetitive and played the piano alone or by small formations. In 1986, it creates the spectacle Home Movies with the Theater of the Town of Paris, with the participation of the dancer choreographer Caroline Marcade. Jean-Pierre Jeunet will call also upon him for a short-measuring and its first large film, Delicatessen , realized with Marc Caro in 1991. It will be its last work. He will die of the Sida the following year.
