Carlos Manuel of Céspedes

Carlos Manuel of Céspedes (1819-1868) is a cuban statesman .

The Cubans l´appellent the father of the fatherland. Noble and rich propiétaire land, it was the first to release its slaves, in 1868, to engage the Great War d´indépendance. President of the Republic out of weapons, it died in 1874.
