Verrières is a common French, located in the department of the Orne and the area Basse-Normandie.
Geography
History
To the 15th century, the parish of Canopies belonged to Baronnie de Villeray in Condeau. During nearly one century (1850-1950) Glass was one of the cradles of the breeding of the Percheron horse. The Families Filbert (field of Crochetière) and Chouanard (field of Roustière) bore with its horses the name of the village beyond our borders. Primarily rural village, it finds a profit of activity thanks to the many second home.

Local fair the last weekend of July: secondhand trade Sunday morning followed by many animations the afternoon. Fireworks with 22:30.
