CAD Shu

Created in 1970 per Master CAD daN, CAD Shu is a effective Martial art Eurasien multiform in the street, which teaches a higher method of control and defense of oneself and others. It can be practiced by all without no preliminary physical condition being necessary.

The CAD shu presents an effective response against any type of aggression, and contains three degrees of confrontation:

• the psychodéfense, for a greater control of others;
• instinctive defense, for an effective response;
• the vital combat, use of the environment for an exceptional protection.

There exist only three schools in France, and there are no competitions.
