César, Henri, Collavéri , born on January 2nd 1901 with Puppet and dead on July 19th 1961 with Montfermeil, is a French politician.
Educated in a republican medium, it adheres in 1917 to socialist Youths, then with SFIO. He is sportsman (boxer amateur) but so stallholder, then manager of markets.
Organizer of Release-north, Collaveri settles with Livry-Gargan in 1944 to succeed the socialist mayor Emile Gerard, old of 77 years and mayor since 1919. They are both candidates with the municipal elections of 1945, but évincés by the communist . Collaveri is secretary of the section of Livry-Gargan (since 1944) and Member of the federal administrative Commission (like in 1955, 1956 and 1959).
With the municipal elections of 1947, it is elected mayor. Thanks to its firm and effective management, the town of 20.000 inhabitants in 1946, still industrial, but more and more dormitory town increases under its mandate of more than 9.000 inhabitants (44%). With the elections of 1953, it is re-elected. In 1955, he becomes treasurer of the socialist elected officials of Seine-et-Oise.
In April 1958, Collaveri is elected General adviser Seine-et-Oise, beating the leaving gaullist and the Communist Robert Ballanger, then city council man of Livry. In this same year, he is candidate with the legislative elections in the 11th district of Seine-et-Oise. The following year, in 1959, he is still candidate with the senatorial elections in second position behind P. Métayer. This same year, he is re-elected mayor while being combined again with the radicals, MRP and UNR. In June 1960, he becomes vice-president of the general advice.
