Business to consume
In the world of the e-business and Internet, Business to Consumer also called Business to Customer ( BtoC or B2C , to pronounce) is the name given to the whole of technical architectures and Logiciel the Informatique S making it possible to connect Entreprise S with their customer S (Consommateur S): in French, “companies with the private individuals”.
It in general refers to the commercial businesses directed of a company towards a target of private individuals via a Trader site.
The chain of the services of BtoC is the following one:
- See : need (creation, identification), research produced (information, catalogs), research merchant
- Seduce : negotiation of the value, purchase
- Salt : validation, Payment, management order
- Satisfy : customer service, evaluation.
He is opposable with Business to business ( BtoB or B2B ).
