Places and monuments

The geographical location explains the important surface which the fortification in this parish church occupies. It was classified Historic building on May 16th, 1931.

Of medieval origin, the Saint Martin's day church had a single nave then, but was strengthened in the middle of XVIe (1540) then in the middle of XVIIe. Its plan is that of a Latin cross to back with 3 branches strengthened for cross shootings. The strong part was carried out by a mason thiérachien in a local brick style.

a bay in tierce point remains in north. It is about a gothic arch in three equal parts (meeting arc with two concave branches points some with the ridge), builds around an equilateral triangle whose centers divide the cord (segment which has as ends two points of a curve).
