Bubba Franks

Bubba Franks (born the January 6th 1978) is a player of American football which evolves/moves at the station of Tight End in the team of the Green Bay Packers.

University

Franks played within the team of American football of the University of Miami, where it was done noticed for its receptions with a hand. It was very productive in 1997, 1998 and 1999, improving the record of touchdowns for Tight End of its university with 12 units.

Franks integrated Draft NFL in 2000 where it was selected as of the first turn, in 14th position, by the Green Bay Packers

Career NFL

After a first promising but disappointing season in NFL, it takes part in the Pro Bowl as of his second season during which it marks 9 touchdowns. Franks took part in 3 Pro Bowl in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Victim of many wounds to the knees and the neck, it missed a good part of the season 2005. Nevertheless, it signed in 2005 a contract the binder with the Green Bay Packers until in 2012 for an amount of approximately 28 million dollars.

During its career in NFL, Franks received 213 master keys for a total 1936 yards and 29 touchdowns. At the dawn of the season 2006, it is second best Tight End of the history of its team to the number of receptions and best to the number of touchdowns.
