Broking in real loan

People, or companies, generally called Brokers in Ready real estate, form the link between the lender and the borrower. They connect, via privileged agreements, the future purchasers of property (real estate), and the institutions of the medium Bancaire. However one can distinguish two great types of organization made up of alternatives. These differences come primarily from their development and thus from their work method.

The first category, with the organic and durable development, generates a physical network of agency where one can meet advisers. The latter will receive, analyze and deal with the customer in order to direct it towards the best personalized proposal. These financial agents thus really will play their part of intermediary between the praetor and the borrower, i.e. between the Banque and the future owner. This is why a mandate is established at the time of the first contact between their organization of financing and the private individual. This process thus allows a confidentiality of information, which will be transmitted through a finalized study, to the partner more adapted to the profile of the customers. For this work, they will not perceive fees, substituent thus at the expenses of file of the Banque, that at the time of the releasing of the funds. The actors of the other category are rather present on Internet, they are prescribers who propose on their site the best rate (and possibly of other services) with their customers. The customers are thus directly directed towards the banks likely to be able to obtain the adapted financing. Once the bank determined by the customer, this last will have to constitute in a physical way its file near that Ci. This work method makes it possible in theory to the customer to obtain conditions privileged near the banks, but does not guarantee the confidentiality of its data.
