In Marketing, the brand image is the favorable Représentation that gives, with respect to the public, a Firme (and of course its trade Mark), a Institution, a Personnalité.
The brand image of a Entreprise results from the Perception by the public of a multitude of physical and immaterial elements. It is an image Perçue, it can thus be different from the Image that the Entreprise has itself. And this image is forged through components of an extreme diversity of which each one requires as much attention on behalf of the Entreprise.
When a Entreprise makes errors of Gestion which impact certain elements of the company, that can involve a Risque of reputation.
