Bottom with the mouth

The bottom with the mouth (of English ass to mouth , sometimes shortened in ATM or A2M ) indicates a sexual Pratique dominating consisted of an anal penetration directly followed by an oral penetration with the same body or object. When it is the Pénis which is used, it is about a Sodomie followed by a Fellation. The sodomized partner generally underwent a preliminary Lavement (cleaning of the Rectum), so that this practice is not a priori scatophile.

As the attraction of the bottom to the mouth rests on the domination of the female partner, one would wonder then why others practical would not be selected in order to achieve this goal. The answer to this question lies in the history of the American pornographic cinema. Indeed, the sodomy, which was seen little in this kind of films, was regarded a long time as a form of sufficiently strong degradation to satisfy the public concerned. The practice of sodomy having now become very current in industry, the latter does not have any more the capacity which it had to shock and to get of the pleasure to the amateurs of the kind. At this point in time the realizers started to show increasingly obscure sexual practices. The arrival of the bottom to the mouth in this medium thus coincides with the standardization of sodomy in this type of films.

Practical unhygienic

From indirect continuity between the two ends of the digestive tract that it induces, whereas those should be clearly preserved of any contact for reasons of hygiene, this practice involves certain risks, in particular the autoinfection by parasites intestinal, bacterial, viral, parasitic and to a lesser extent, can start again or prolong an infection.
