Bob Carlisle

Bob Carlisle (1956 -) is an American Christian singer. He played in several groups, of which Allies, before launching his career in solo.

He is especially known for his song Butterfly Kisses , which appeared on its third album solo. This hit, initially entitled Shades off Grace , was a favorite at the time of the marriages because it had as a subject the relations father-girl. Co-written with Randy Thomas, ex-member of Combine, this song was worth the Grammy price to him of 1997 for better song country, as well as the Dove price for better song of the year.
