Bill Ransom
Bill Ransom is a writer and American poet born in 1945 with Puyallup in the state of Washington.
It has Co-writing three books of the Programme conscience with Frank Herbert ( the Incident Jesus and the Effect Lazare ) making following Destination empties . The last book of the cycle, the Factor rise , is published after the death of Frank Herbert in 1988; this one only with half being finished with its death, it is Bill Ransom which only finished it.
