The Biennial one of Dakar 2006 encountered important financial problems, in particular for the return of works to the artists and the lenders. At less than one year of the next edition, most of the works exposed to Dak' Art are still blocked by the conveyer with the airport of Dakar. What can compromise the continuity of this biennial African.
