Bianco di Custoza

The Bianco di Custoza is a white Wine Italian of the area Venezia equipped with a name DOC. since February 8th, 1971. Only to DOC. the white wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Vérone in the communes Bussolengo, Castelnuovo del Garda, Lazise, Pastrengo, Peschiera del Garda, Sommacampagna, Valeggio sul Mincio and Villafranca di Verona. The theoretical surface of production is of 857 hectares coming from vines pushing at the edge of the Lake Garda. The zone is recut with the production zone of the Bardolino

Organoleptic characteristics

The Bianco di Custoza is tasted at a temperature of 8 with 10° C. With being drunk young person, it will preserve 1 to 2 years in cellar.
