In psychiatric semiology, one calls is delirious paranoiac a delirious syndrome characteristic of the Paranoïa. In spite of the proximity between the two terms, it should well be distinguished from the is delirious paranoid which is characteristic of the group of the Schizophrénie S and which presents a quite different Sémiologie.
