Battle of Champaubert
The Bataille of Champaubert was held the February 10th 1814 and showed a victory of the troops of Napoleon I {{er}} ordered by the marshal Marmont, over the Russian S ordered by the Olsufiev general.
After six hours of combat, the Russian S are finally crushed by the French cavalry. On the whole, 3000 Russians are captured or find death. The Olsufiev general is even captured and dines with Napoleon the evening. The French lost only 300 men, among whom the Lagrange general.
