Bastnäsite
The benign hypertrophy of the prostate or benign hyperplasy of the prostate ( HBP ) or more commonly called prostatic adenoma is the enlarging of the Prostate at Homme S of Middle Age or more. In the event of benign hypertrophy of the prostate, the prostate becomes larger and exerts more pressure on the Urètre and the Vessie, thus interfering with the normal flow of the Urine.

Diagnosis
- Examination rectal (palpation of the prostate through the Rectum)
- blood testings: high rates of PSA (specific prostatic Antigen).

Epidemiology
the adenoma of the prostate touches 80% of the men of more than 55 years, 10% will have recourse to an operation
Treatment
The treatment can be of two types
