Basic documentation
The basic documentation (dB) is written and published by the Head office of the Taxes. It is about a comment synthetic and structured tax provisions. Initially published for the formation of the agents of the DGI, the dB is from now on opposable with the administration and published on line.
It constitutes, with BOI, the answers to the members of Parliament and the decisions of rescrit what the fiscalists call the administrative doctrines. This one revêt the greattest importance, so much the tax standard is sometimes suitable for interpretation.
