Bankoku Bikkuri Shô

In the Manga Dragon Ball , the Bankoku Bikkuri Shô is a technical which consists in projecting a beam of electricity which paralyzes the adversary while making him undergo electric shocks.

This technique is used in particular by Kamé Sennin against Its Gokû finally of the 21 {{exp|E}} Tenka Ichi Budôkai.

The name of this technique means the palms of hand which will surprondront the whole world , but it is also a pun since this name sounds like that of a television game.
