Bafing
The Bafing is a river of the Guinea and Mali, considered as the upper part of the river Senegal, before its junction with the Bakoy with Bafoulabé in the area of Kayes.
Of 1895 with 1898 is built the bridge of railroad designed by the engineer Gustave Eiffel (close to the town of Mahinady).
The hydroelectric Barrage of Manantali was built on Bafing.
