Bab Alioua
Bab Alioua is one of the doors of the Médina of Tunis (Tunisia).
Bab Alioua ( Door of the small stage ), built under the sultan hafside Abû lshâq Ibrâhîm Al-Mustansir (1349 - 1369) in extreme cases Eastern of the ramparts, owes its name on the first floor which surmounted it. It is by this door that Khayr AD-DIN Barberousse enters Tunis in 1534.
