BASIC Interface misses
BIS is initials which mean BASIC Misses Interface or basic access in French. It is about an interface of access to a network ISDN. This interface is also named T0.
It includes/understands 2 channels B and a channel D for indication: 2B+D. The 2 channels B make 64 kbit/s each one, and the channel D makes 16 kbit/s, for a total of 144 kbit/s.
