Autonomy and solidarity for the students

Autonomy and solidarity for the students (ESA) are a French association of law type of 1901 whose objective is to work out and to manage a banking offer specific to the student . It was created in 2006.

Its founding members are LMDE (the Mutual insurance company Of the Students) and Banque Populaire groups it. Association is directed to parity by students and members of the Banque Populaires.

As for the creation of the other banking structures of the social economy, this new structure emerges to meet needs which do not answer the already existing organizations. Thus with each adhesion of a student, 20€ is versed on the Guarantee fund of solidarity coeds (FGSE). This bottom managed by association allows, for example, with the students that this one goes guarantee for a housing, which aims at supporting the autonomy of the students.
