Asheville

Located at the West of the State of North Carolina, this town of 70.000 inhabitants is in a valley of the chain of the the Appalachian Mountains.

Asheville was called formerly Morristown, and obtained its statute of city the January 27th 1798. The name of Asheville comes from the former governor of North Carolina: Samuel Ashe.

Because of the ground on which the city is built, Ashville does not have a plan organized like the other American cities. The mayor of the city east Terry Bellamy.
