Asadi Tusi
Abu Mansur Ali ibn Ahmad Asadi Tusi (born with Keep silent - died from 1072 from Tabriz, Iran) is a medieval Iranian poet of Persian language.
In the time of Asadi, and a long time after, the province of the Khorasan was the theater of conflicts between the various Turkish tribes of the area. The intellectual elite leaves Khorasan because of these conflicts. For this reason, Asadi leaves Khorasan for the Iranian Azerbaïdjan (not to be confused with the current State of Azerbaïdjan) and there remains until its death. Its tomb is in Tabriz.
