Arthur Phillip
The captain Arthur Philip (October 11th 1738 - August 31st 1814) was a naval officer Britannique and a colonial administrator. Phillip was named Gouverneur of News-Wales of the South, the first colony European on the continent Australia N, and was the founder of the town of Sydney. It ordered a fleet started from Portsmouth, in the south of the England towards Australia on May 13rd 1787.
