Anatoli Dobrodiétski

Anatoli Vassiliévitch Dobrodiétski was a pilot of Chasse and Soviet As of the Second world war, holder of the Ordre of Héros of the Soviet Union.

Career

Born with Kharkov, the January 6th 1923, it took courses of piloting to the Aéroclub of its birthplace dice 1938 and accepted its diploma of pilot Civil, in 1940, with lâge 17 years . It joined then the rows of the Red Army , which directed it on the military college of the Air of Tchougouyevsk , which it left patented in December 1942.

It was sent on the face as a leitenant (= Sous-lieutenant) and transferred to the 297.IAP (= regiment of air hunting), then equipped with Chasseur La-5, in July 1943, just in time to take part at once in the Bataille of Koursk. During its very short career, July 15th with the August 10th, is in less than one month , and during 27 missions of war , it carried out 2 Taran S, boarding voluntary of an unfavourable apparatus in full flight, the July 15th, date of its 1e victory, and the August 10th, at the time of a combat during which after having cut down a first Bf.109 , it killed from there a second by Taran, finding death in this desperate action. It should be noted that this last mission proceeded above Kharkov.

As homage and of recognition, the street where he had lived and the Collège where he had studied (studies which it in addition had precociously stopped) had been renamed and bore his name.
