Allogreffe

The allogreffes are the most current Clerc's Offices. They relate to the cases where donor and receiver belong to very biological but, being two distinct individuals, donor and receiver have major complex of histocompatibility (CMH) different. In these cases, the Clerc's Office is accompanied by a treatment Immunosuppresseur. The more the CMH are resembling, the more the Clerc's Office has chances of success, but in practice, a third of the patients undergoing a allogreffe will die of the intervention, another third will have a poor quality of life and the last third only will have a good quality of life.
