Alexandre Routskoï
Alexandre Vladimirovitch Routskoï ( АлександрВладимировичРуцкой ), born the September 16th 1947 with Koursk in the USSR (from now on in Russia), was the vice-president of Boris Eltsine of the July 10th 1991 at September 1st 1993 and President not recognized Federation of Russia during two weeks.
Military career, Routskoï is in the center of the Russian constitutional Crise of 1993. After the victory of Boris Eltsine with the referendum of the April 25th 1993 which gives him “democratic legitimacy” vis-a-vis the Supreme Soviet of Rouslan Khasboulatov, the President tries to push his advantage by convening a constituent Assembly. The Supreme Soviet does not agree to yield the place and the tension goes up between the two camps. Routskoï supports the conservative camp and the legitimacy of the Supreme Soviet, it launches out with Eltsine in reciprocal accusations of corruption and it finally is dislocated of its functions on September 1st 1993.
The September 21st, Eltsine dissolves the Supreme Soviet and in answer, the Soviet relieves the President and replaces it by the former vice-president (the station not having been provided) Routskoï. Routskoï becomes president by interim then, although this title is not recognized to him apart from the partisans of the preserving deputies.
Routskoï is cut off with the preserving deputies in the White House where seat Soviet encircled by the army. The October 3rd, it carries out the attack to break the military blockade and invites to take again the the Kremlin hands of the deposed president (according to the vision of the pro-Soviet).
The following day, the president Boris Eltsine makes bombard the White House; the troops invest the Parliament, stop the deputies present, the president of the Khasboulatov Soviet and Routskoï. Exeunt Routskoï and Supreme Soviet.
The February 26th 1994, Boris Eltsine uses of his right of thanks to the place of its opponents at the time of the parliamentary crisis of 1993, who leave all prison thus.
