Alberto Arbasino

Alberto Arbasino (Voghera, June 22nd 1930) is a writer and Italian essay writer .

Its literary production includes several novels and tests. It is described like a writer expressionnist and considers his novel Super heliogabale as its surrealist book more and also more the expressionnist, “ above all thanks to descriptions of the places, which are always oneiric and delirious ”

He is a novelist sophisticated and experimental with the simplified scenarios, including long parallel digressions. He is also journalist, critical theatrical and musical, in addition to to have written books of voyages.

He revises and rewrites now his various works, which are republished in brought up to date versions.

Biography

He is graduate in international law of the university of Milan.

In 1957, it begins its career from writer with as editor Italo Calvino. Its first accounts, initially published in magazines, then were gathered in the collections the small holidays (original title piccole the vacanze ) and the anonimo lombardo .

From 1983 to 1987, it was Député with the Italian Parliament for the Italian Republican party.
