Albert the Large one (writer)

Albert Large the was a writer Breton, brother Dominicain of Morlaix, which lived in the neighborhoods of the XVIIe century.

Its writings, devoted mainly to the history of its area and which were often judged too much " légendaires" , nevertheless were a great success. It is especially known for its Vie of the Saints of Brittany Armorique published in 1636, and for which it would have used old manuscripts disappeared since.
