Albert Ducrocq
Scientific, Journalist and writer French, Albert Ducrocq (July 9th 1921 - October 22nd 2001) was one of the pioneers of the Cybernétique and the inventor of the electronic fox . This Robot assembled on wheels was covered with a fur of fox and moved spontaneously towards any source of light.
Albert Ducrocq is however much more known as a journalist and a scientific writer, whose talents of popularizer and passion of the accounts were unanimously recognized.
Its passion of the Astronautique made of him a privileged witness of the great events of the space conquest. It went in particular in the USSR at the end of the years 1950 and commented on on line the first steps of the man on the the Moon for the listeners of the radio Europe 1 in 1969.
In addition to its many works, he enormously wrote articles, published in the magazines Espace & Civilization , Atomes , Sciences and future and Air and cosmos , like in the scientific pages of the daily newspaper Le Figaro .
Albert Ducrocq was named Chevalier of the Légion of honor and the academic Palmes.
