Al-Juzjani
Abu Ubaid Al-Juzjani is a Médecin Perse, originating in Juzjan in Afghanistan and biographer of Avicenne.
He is the pupil of famous Avicenne, which he meets with Gorgan. He accompanies his Master with Ispahan, where it remains with him many years. In fact, if one knows so well the life of the Médecin and Persian Philosophe, it is of good part thanks to the Al-Juzjani biography, which came from to us. It is published in English by UNESCO in 1950 under the title Avicenna, his Life and Work .
Anecdote
Gilbert Sinoué strongly took as a starting point its work to write its book Avicenne or the road of Ispahan .
