Ajowan

The Ajowan ( Trachyspermum ammi ) is a plant close to the Carvi, Cumin and Aneth.

The ajowan is especially used to look after the gastric problems, it is enough for that to chew seeds. This plant can also look after Rhumatisme S and the Asthme, in the form of Cataplasme S.

Culture

Ajowan is cultivated in India, in Iran, with the Pakistan, in Afghanistan and Egypt. The once collected ripe seeds are dried and beaten.
