Agreement of free trade canado-American
The Agreement of free trade canado-American (ALE), concluded in October 1987, created a zone of Libre-échange goods and services between the Canada and the the United States.
The ALE was finally supplanted by the Accord of North-American free trade (ALENA) concluded between the United States, Canada and the Mexico in 1992 and come into effect on January 1st, 1994.
