Agordat
Agordat (also called Akordat or Ak' ordat , Ge' ez ኣቆርዳት) is the old capital of the late province of Barka in Érythrée. The city is located at the west of the country, on the Rivière Barka. Important shopping mall, the city counts large a Mosquée. The city was the last big city along the Eritrean Railroad energy of Massaoua to Asmara. The line continued until Bishia, its terminus. The local economy strongly depends on the tradesmen going of Asmara to Kessela with the Sudan.
