Adrien de Tyr
Adrien de Tyr is a Greek Rhéteur 2nd century.
Born in Tyr, he studied the eloquence with Athens, under Hérode Atticus, was brought to Rome by Marc-Aurèle to profess this art there, and there died under Commode.
One finds some extracts of his Déclamations in the Excerpta varied Grecorum Sophistarum ac Rhetorum , published by Leo Allatius, Greek-Latin, Rome, 1641.
