Abbad II
Abbad II Abû Amr more known under the name of Al-Driven `tadid , ( that which counts on God ) is the son and successor of the precedent, it reigned of 1042 with 1069.
It extended its kingdom while guerroyant against the small dynasties Berbère S of the east of the Andalusia.
It was an astonishing, sovereign character sanguinary and remarkable poet.
Respectful Abbad II of the Christian faith, authorized with Ferdinand Ier Large the (1017-king de Castille and of León in 1037-1065), in 1063 the transfer, of Seville with León, the remainders of saint Isidore, the large wisigothic Doctors of the Church of the Life and VIIe centuries.
On mandate of Ferdinand Ier, the bishops leonais and asturiens, Alvito and Ordoño, came to seek with Seville the relics of the saint doctor which were transferred in the church San Juan from León, from now on called San Isidoro.
