  • Mansa Oulé organizes a system of great command entrusted to faithful generals. Peaceful and pious sovereign, it extends the kingdom of Mali. On the other hand, its successors Ouati, Khalifa and Aboubakari will maqueront of authority and will let reign anarchy in the Empire.
