  • Fine of the reign of Mokjong king of Koryŏ (Korea).
  • On the territory of the future Vietnam, first proclaimed independent dynasty, the Dynasty of Lý (fine in 1225). The Đai Viêt is reorganized, increased at the expense of the Champâ. Its civilization reaches full sound blooming.

The Middle East

  • October 18th: In consequence of persecutions of the Jews and Christians in the empire fatimide, the church of the the Holy Sepulchre to Jerusalem is destroyed or damaged on order of Al-Hakim, Caliph Fatimide of the Cairo. This destruction will be followed of an agreement between the Fatimides and Byzance and of the restoration of the sanctuary. Christendom is moved some, but reacts only by forced conversion and massacres it few Jewish communities established in Europe and considered to be responsible.
